Who is Errands2Run? We are a Personal Assistant, Errand and Concierge service provider that cater to the needs of individuals, and companies.
How can this service help me? We can help you by taking care of the things you don't want to do or don't have time to do. We become your personal assistant so you can spend time doing the things you enjoy.
Can you provide personal assistant services, such as typing or research through the Internet? Yes, we can provide those services and more in virtual and/or real time.
How does the service work? We have several easy options, you contact us by telephone, email or fax with your request. You can print off service request forms right from this site.
What if I need a service not listed? We are here to help you, so if you don't see the service listed, just ask.
How much are the services? We encourage you to meet with a representative that can help customize a package that fits your lifestyle and financial needs. Some service are more labor intensive and may require a slight rate increase.
Is there a hourly minimum? Yes. There is a 30 minute minimum to obtain service.
Can task be combines to meet the hourly minimum? Of course they can. How do I pay for the services? For your convenience we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and money orders. Please note that payment is due at the time the service is provided.
How much notice do I need to give you? It is best to schedule your services with at least 24 hours notice, but we are happy to be of service with little or no notice when possible. We have a 24 hour answering service for your convenience and all calls are responded to promptly.
What if I need after hours or weekend services? After hours and weekend services are available at an additional fee. Just ask us.
What kind of services do you offer to hospital patients? We offer a variety of services from picking up a forgotten items from home to delivering something that you crave. For families who spend a great deal of time at the hospital, we can run errands so you don't have to.
How can I become a preferred vendor? If you would like to be considered to perform services for our Client's, please call us or send an email or fax telling us all about your services and the fee you charge.
